Jeff Conway has joined the board of directors at SimCorp, the Deutsche Börse-owned fintech. Deutsche Börse AG’s supervisory board has appointed SimCorp CEO Christian Kromann to the executive board of Deutsche Börse AG where he will oversee the Investment Management Solutions (IMS) division. IMS is comprised of two businesses, SimCorp and ISS STOXX. SimCorp veteran and COO Georg Hetrodt will assume Kromann’s current responsibilities as CEO.
