HSBC supports ZKB’s ETF launch
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Switzerland’s largest cantonal bank, has listed four ESG ETFs on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Three are domiciled in Ireland and one in Switzerland. HSBC is acting as AP and providing custody, depositary, fund administration and transfer agency services for the three ETFs domiciled in Ireland, which make up ZKB’s inaugural Ireland-domiciled ETF umbrella.
Ocorian hires head of sales excellence
Ocorian, the C.I.-based provider, has appointed Markus Jolic as head of sales excellence. Based in Switzerland, he reports to Frank Hattann, chief commercial officer. Prior to joining Ocorian, he was area sales lead EMEA at UL Solutions.
Alter Domus appoints new chairman
Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund services for the private equity, real assets and private debt sectors has appointed Mark Wiseman as chairman. Wiseman is the former head of active equities and chairman of BlackRock’s alternatives business. René Beltjens will step down as chairman but will retain his seat on the board.
Ocorian hires for U.S.
Ocorian, the C.I.-based administrator, has recruited Joseph Gordian as commercial director in its fund services team in the U.S. His appointment continues Ocorian’s expansion in the U.S. following the acquisition of EdgePoint Fund Services in 2024. He will report to Michael Gull, head of U.S. sales, fund services. Gordian joins from TMF Group.

HGGC buys into Centralis
HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm, is to become the majority investor in Centralis, the Luxembourg-based alternative asset and corporate services provider. The deal is expected to close later in 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
IFDS to be restructured in Europe
State Street and SS&C Technologies plan to restructure the European component of their International Financial Data Services (IFDS) LP joint venture arrangement in Luxembourg and Ireland, following an almost 20-year collaboration.
