TCorp has acquired a 4.92pct interest in Euroclear Holding SA/NV from London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). TCorp is the investment and financial management partner of the New South Wales (NSW) public sector. It is a top 10 Australian investment manager, with AUD115bn (USD73bn) AuM. The total value of TCorp’s investment in Euroclear is EUR455m (USD477m).
