ZILO, the UK-based fintech specialising in the global asset and wealth management sectors, has added four new directors to its board: Cuan Coulter from State Street, Pervaiz Panjwani from Citi, Adam Felesky of Portage, and James Devlin from Fidelity International Strategic Ventures. All four companies participated in ZILO’s recent GBP25m (USD32m) funding round.

Jon Gezotis has joined Mercer as U.S. chief operating officer for its wealth & investments business. Gezotis spent seven years at Citi, most recently as head of fund services for North America and global co-head of middle office. He had previously spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan.
