Gerard Francis, who was head of enterprise data solutions at Bloomberg, will head the business, reporting to Teresa Heitsenrether, global head of securities services.

J.P. Morgan has hired Andy Duffin to run network management for EMEA. Duffin, who spent nearly 12 years at SGSS, was most recently business development director at BNY Mellon’s Pershing business in the UK.
