Deutsche Bank has hired Nick Bone for the newly created role of head of sales, U.K., Middle East and Africa, for securities services. Bone reports to the EMEA head of sales, Stephen Wilkes. Bone has previously worked at BNY Mellon, Standard Chartered and Brown Brothers Harriman, inter alia.

Alter Domus, the Luxembourg-based provider of fund administration for the alternative investment industry, has appointed Michael Janiszewski as COO. He reports to Doug Hart, Alter Domus CEO, and joins the executive board. He was most recently COO for BNY Mellon’s securities services and digital business.

Simone Vroegop has joined BNY Mellon as EMEA head of investment managers, based in London. She replaces Mark Moor, who is retiring. Vroegop reports to Irene Speridakos, global head of investment managers. She was previously at BBH, where she led strategy for the investor services business, and also spent nearly 15 years at State Street.
