Brown Brothers Harriman has appointed Keith Haberlin as head of fintech, with responsibility for fintech products, execution, relationship management and sales. The fintech business provides middle office technology and services to asset managers, including Infomediary technology for data messaging and connectivity. Haberlin takes over from Mike McGovern, who has served in the role since 2017. McGovern is now responsible for client and market engagement as it relates to technology for the firm.
Following this appointment, Marney McCabe and Tom Poppey become co-heads of securities lending, reporting to Chris Remondi. Both have worked in BBH’s securities lending business for over 10 years.
