Montis Group, the Luxembourg-based fintech focused on the development of DLT-based post-trade solutions, has hired Steve Smith as COO. He previously served as COO at Linear Investments. Terry Gibson also joins as head of product. His previous roles include head of post trade solutions at LSEG Technology, head of product management at SGX, executive director at Omgeo, and director at DTCC.
