Altered Capital has become a significant shareholder in ZILO, the UK-based technology company currently specialising in transfer agency and the investor experience. Altered has acquired a 6.5pct stake from several early seed investors. Altered joins other investors in ZILO, including Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, Portage, State Street and Citi.
