HSBC has appointed Giovanni Fenocchi as global head of sales for the securities services business. He has had a long career with HSBC spanning client coverage, operations and risk, issuer services and, most recently, as head of asset owners & managers sales for securities services across Europe, MENA and the U.S. He replaces Alexis Meissner, who has moved to a new role in markets and securities services.
