Woodbridge Capital, an Australia-based investment manager and non-bank lender, has appointed Equity Trustees as trustee of the Woodbridge Private Credit Fund. Earlier this year Equity Trustees was appointed as the Responsible Entity (trustee) for the Woodbridge Secured Income Fund.
