BNY has struck an agreement with AIA and BlackRock. AIA will implement BlackRock’s Aladdin platform, with BNY’s investment operations and data management services and technology, to create a connected and scalable ecosystem to support AIA’s investment activities. AIA and its subsidiaries are the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group. It had total assets of USD286bn as at Y/E 2023.
