The supervisory board of Deutsche Börse AG has appointed Stephanie Eckermann as a new member of the executive board. As of 1 June, she will be leading the newly formed post-trading division, comprised of the securities services and fund services businesses with Clearstream. Eckermann has been managing director at Deutsche Börse Group since 2020. She will be replaced by Dirk Loscher as CEO of Clearstream Banking AG. He will continue his responsibility as head of custody and investor solutions for all Clearstream securities services entities.
