Apex is to acquire IP Management Company (RF) (Pty) Ltd, a South African unit trust ManCo. IPMC is a collaboration between established financial services businesses, which compete and promote their products independently, but co-exist in a relationship within IPMC, creating a business with depth of resources and diversification of assets under administration. IPMC adds ZAR22bn (USD1bn) AuA across over 40 funds and ten fund managers.
