IQ-EQ, the Luxembourg-based administrator, has opened in Abu Dhabi, including a licence to provide fund administration services. The new office is located in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The opening of an Abu Dhabi office follows its launch in Dubai earlier this year.
