TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of compliance and administrative services, has appointed Monica Vera and Lisa Wilcox to its ExCo. Monica Vera’s remit has been extended to lead the Latin America region, while Wilcox will continue to oversee North America, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. They report to CEO Mark Weil.
