Alter Domus has supported Longship AS, a Norwegian-based private equity investor with a focus on the Norwegian lower-mid market, with the first and final closing of Longship Fund III. This follows the 2022 migration of the fund administration role for Longship Fund I and Longship Fund II to Alter Domus. Longship Fund III has closed with commitments of NOK2.1bn (USD200m).
