State Street has appointed Chelsea Grossman as head of client management for its agency lending business in North America, and Cassie Jones as head of client management for securities finance in the UK and EMEA. Grossman and Jones, based in Boston and London respectively, will report to Francesco Squillacioti, global head of client management for State Street’s securities finance business. Both are internal appointments. Earlier this year State Street hired Taryn Siglain from Morgan Stanley as global head of enhanced custody, its principal securities lending program.
