TMF Group, a Netherlands-based provider of compliance and administrative services, has acquired Etive Consulting, a UAE-based company providing compliance advisory, governance support, and AML services, among others. The company serves start-ups and large international companies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. As a result of the deal, eleven employees will join TMF UAE. Katrina Bradley, who founded the company in 2012, will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transition of ownership to TMF Group.
