Silicon Valley-based NES Financial has been contracted to provide its purpose-built Opportunity Zone fund administration suite to Arcis Real Estate Capital LLC, a U.S.-based investment management and advisory firm that sponsors and invests in real estate asset classes such as student housing, multifamily, senior living, and hospitality.
