Saphyre, Inc., a U.S.-based fintech that leverages patented AI technology to structure all pre-trade data while eliminating post-trade inefficiencies, has hired Ray Shivers as its new chief operating officer. Shivers was formerly COO of global investment operations at BlackRock and, most recently, COO of Lincoln Investment.
