Ultimus Fund Solutions, an independent administrator based in the U.S., has hired Nicole Tichota as to lead the transfer agent account services and financial control teams. In this role, Tichota and her team are responsible for improving the shareholder experience, including managing client-shareholder communications, and leveraging the firm’s technology. Most recently, Tichota led an operations team at Principal Financial Group.
