HornbyChapman, the UK-based recruitment firm specialising in the securities services space, has appointed John Barnes as chief representative for Asia. Barnes, formerly global head of HR at Deutsche Bank’s global transaction banking division, will be based in Singapore. He replaces Roger Harrold, who will move to an advisory position.
