Sanne, a UK-listed provider of alternative asset and corporate business services, has appointed David Fowler to the role of global head of private equity. Fowler joined Sanne in 2019 to head up the Singapore business. He will relocate to London. Sanne is currently the subject of a possible all-cash offer from Cinven, a venture capital firm.
