Apex Group, the Bermuda-based financial services provider, has appointed Debbie Lee as country head, China. Based in Shanghai and reporting to Valerie Mantot-Groene, head of APAC, Lee joins Apex from TMF Group, where she was most recently the market lead for fund services in China. TMF recently hired Derek Chen from Apex as commercial director for fund services in China.
