GemCap, an Ireland-based UCITS fund platform provider, has appointed Karen Nolan as chair of the GemCap Investment Funds (Ireland) Plc board. She was previously a non-executive director and has been on the board for two years. GemCap UK chief executive Stuart Alexander has stepped down as chair and remains a non-executive director.
