Arcesium opens UK office, hires Chris Barrow to head European bus dev

Arcesium LLC, the U.S.-based financial technology and professional services firm, has opened an office in London. Chris Barrow has been appointed as the head of business development for Europe, based in the new London office. He was head of ENSO Financial Analytics in Europe, and has also worked at BBH and HSBC.
