IQ-EQ has promoted John Legrand to the role of deputy group CEO. He was previously regional CEO, UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies, having joined IQ-EQ in 2020. It has also hired Richard Surrency as group CCO, based in London. He was previously APAC CEO for Aviva Investors. He replaces Emma Crabtree, who has left the firm after three years in the role.
