Highvern, Telemos Capital and Permian have signed binding agreements to combine Highvern and Permian to create a funds and private capital services provider. Existing shareholders will re-invest alongside both senior management teams. Telemos, backed by the Jacobs family, will ensure the new group has the financial support to continue investing in its service offerings, people and technology.
