Citi’s services business, which incorporates payments, liquidity management services, trade and working capital solutions, issuer services, and investor services, has appointed Steve Taylor as head of data and client platforms for issuer services and investor services. He is based in Boston, reporting to Okan Pekin, who has oversight of Citi’s custody, fund services and execution services businesses while the firm recruits for a head of investor services. Prior to Citi, he was head of product for BNY’s data and analytics business.
