Gen II Fund Services, the independent private capital administrator, has appointed Paul Spendiff as head of business development for Europe, based in London. He joins Gen II from Ocorian, where he was global head of fund sales. Earlier in 2024 Gen II completed the acquisition of Crestbridge, a UK-based provider of private capital fund administration services.
