Euroclear has appointed Nils Jean-Mairet as CFO, completing the ExCo under the new group CEO, Valérie Urbain .He joins from McKinsey & Company where he most recently led the European financial services principal investors practice. He succeeds Bernard Frenay, who has been appointed to a newly established role as the CEO of European Assets.
