TMF Group, the Netherlands-based provider of compliance and administrative services, has appointed three new leaders to its ExCo.
Dan Thomas will be joining as chief commercial officer (CCO). He has served on the ExCo of KPMG UK for the past seven years and previously held several leadership roles within KPMG, including head of corporates and head of markets. With this change, TMF Group’s current CCO, Jan Willem van Drimmelen, will transition to lead the Europe region.
Kevin Bulmer joins as head of operations & technology. He was most recently at Robert Walters, where he delivered a technology strategy.
Samir Pandiri joins as region head for Americas, British Isles, Ireland and Luxembourg. He has previously held leadership positions within global financial services, with BNY, J.P. Morgan Chase, Broadridge and, most recently, Apex Group.
