Barbara Roth has been appointed as chief administrative officer for Continental Europe at State Street Bank International GmbH (SSBI). She will join the SSBI executive management board. Reporting to Yvette Hollingsworth Clark, chief compliance officer at State Street, and Andreas Przewloka, CEO of SSBI, her responsibilities will include overseeing key governance functions such as compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection, and the SSBI outsourcing office. Prior to joining State Street, she was head of internal audit at Deutsche Börse Group.
