Two senior hires at BNY Mellon:
Paul Fleming joins as head of alternatives, based in Boston. Fleming was previously global head of alternatives at State Street before leaving in 2023. Earlier this year BNY hired Elliott Brown for the role, but he has subsequently left the firm.
Bryan Ireton joins as head of client service, based in New York. He will be responsible for overseeing the client service organisation. This is an enterprise-wide role, reporting to Cathinka Wahlstrom, chief commercial officer. He was previously at Capgemini.
