Langham Hall, the UK-based administrator, has been appointed as fund administrator for Phoenix Equity Partners’ latest private equity fund and the newly launched Growth Partnership Fund. Phoenix has secured over>GBP600m in new commitments, with GBP400m allocated to the flagship fund and GBP200m to the Growth Partnership Fund.
