Juniper Square, a provider of fund software and administration solutions for private markets, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Forstone Luxembourg, a division of Forstone Group, Forstone Luxembourg provides fund administration, transfer agency, and other fund services in Luxembourg. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. following which Forstone Luxembourg will operate as Juniper Square Luxembourg.
