Carne Group, the European provider of fund regulation and governance solutions for the asset management industry and Europe’s largest third-party management company, has appointed John Cotter as its new chief financial officer. He joins Carne’s board and executive committee, reporting to John Donohoe, the group’s founder and CEO. He joins from Wells Fargo Bank International.
