Apex has expanded its relationship with Integral Corporation, one of the largest Japan-based private equity managers. It will now provide fund administration services to Integral Fund V Series. Apex will now offer Cayman fund administration, Cayman regulatory reporting, tax reporting, board meetings for Fund II, III, IV and a number of investment vehicles.
