Fair Oaks Capital, a UK-based corporate credit manager, has received approval from CSSF, the Luxembourg regulator, to launch what is believed to be the first European-domiciled, Euro-denominated CLO ETF. Fair Oaks plans to list the ETF on Deutsche Börse Xetra and the London Stock Exchange shortly. Waystone has been appointed as the ManCo.
