Pirum, a fintech focused on securities finance and collateral management, has appointed Mark Hale as CEO. He replaces Phil Morgan, who has decided to transition from his current role into an advisory position. Hale will be based in the New York office but will be present in the London head office on a regular basis. He joins Pirum from Visible Alpha. Pirum also hired Ben Challice, who joins the executive leadership team as president and chief strategy officer. He was previously global head of trading services for J.P. Morgan.
