Citi has appointed Eduardo Gramuglia Pallavicino as the Citi country officer (CCO) & banking head for Luxembourg. His appointment is effective immediately, subject to regulatory approvals. He will continue in his current role as securities services head for Luxembourg. He joined Citi in 2023 as securities services head of Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Cilian O’Gogain, head of securities services for Ireland, has been named head of securities services offshore sales for Luxembourg and Ireland, in addition to his current responsibilities.
