A major coup for ZILO, the UK-based fintech focused on TA and the client experience, which has appointed Jon Willis as COO. With 30 years of extensive industry experience across finance and technology sectors, he will report to CEO, Phil Goffin. He joins from HSBC Securities Services, where he was most recently global head of distribution & transfer agency product. Prior to this, he worked at Calastone, BNY and IFDS.
