JTC, the C.I.-based administrator, has announced the acquisition of Hanway Advisory Limited, an independent professional services firm. Hanway provides a full range of outsourced corporate governance and administrative services to UK-listed investment companies. Hanway is JTC’s second UK fund services M&A deal in 2024, following the acquisition of Blackheath Capital Management LLP, a London-based asset manager, which added scale to JTC’s global AIFM solutions business.
