Varys Capital has appointed FundRock Investment Management Services (ME) Ltd, the Apex-owned fund management company, to manage a feeder fund, Varys Capital Ventures (CEIC) Limited in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Apex Fund Services (AD) Limited has been appointed as fund administrator.
