Ultimus, the U.S.-based provider of fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, is supporting CAZ Investments with the launch of the CAZ Strategic Opportunities Fund. This is the first publicly offered vehicle from CAZ Investments, a private market investment firm with USD6bn AuM. The fund, structured as a tender offer fund, is designed to encourage long-term investing by allowing investment managers to allocate less liquid assets.
