TMF Group Fund Operations (Ireland) Limited, part of the TMF Group, a Netherlands-based provider of compliance and business administration services, has received authorisation from the Central Bank of Ireland to offer fund administration and transfer agency services to alternative funds. The licence comes after the acquisition of Goodbody Fund Management, the AIFM and ManCo division of Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, in 2023.
