Apex has appointed Ken Fullerton as global head of operational transformation, based in New York. He will lead the operational delivery and improvement team focusing on client-driven technology and business process initiatives and improvements. He will also oversee the global service centres. Fullerton previously spent nearly 20 years at SS&C GlobeOp.
