Ultimus Fund Solutions, a U.S.-based provider of middle office, fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, has formed a partnership with PennHaven Brokerage Partners. The partnership enables Ultimus to offer asset managers outsourced trade execution and trading desk services through PennHaven, combined with Ultimus’ middle office services, including post-trade settlement, IBOR, performance and attribution reporting, and institutional investor services.
