Socium Fund Services, a Suntera Global company specialising in private equity and private credit fund administration, has partnered with GRMA, a provider of SaaS-based and outsourced regulatory and compliance reporting, to power a compliance reporting solution for its private fund clients. The new offering allows Socium to streamline regulatory workflows for its private fund clients, who will have access to regulatory XML schema upload files and complete web forms, and all regulatory data delivered with no technology build or requirement to purchase software.
